Dirty bugs everywhere the staff take no pride in Customer service or cleaning the rooms. The bathtub was so dirty we didn’t even use it.

This property is horrible. It’s dirty, left over stuff in the fridge. Spiders and flies dead all over the room. Do Not Stay!

Horrible Experience at the Roadway

There were no food options, the sheets on the bed were stained and there was no hair dryer. The floor in the bathroom and the bathtub were all marked up and the toilet hat yellow stains. We could not even shower. There was a funky smell in the room as well so much so neither I nor my daughter could sleep. The air conditioning also mDe loud sounds throughout the night.

1 bed was ok, other I could feel the springs. Bathroom was dirty and needs a whole overhaul. Mold around bathtub, toilet seal moldy and toilet rocking. Corners were not cleaned. I doubt the bed and nightstand moved in years to vacuum behind. 1 outlet didn’t work for sleep apnea machine and other outlet was melted. Garbage and medication cups spewed around outside the room - still there on 3rd day Handprints on all the lobby windows and doors as well as other entrance doors to the facility not cleaned. Paper parking picket still in the hall 3 days later no vacuuming done.

The only thing up to date was the the bedding. Bathroom needs repairs. Carpets need cleaning. Light bulbs need replacing. Smells off.

The room wasnt clean. Rhere was mold in the bathroom. The walls int he room and the windows were dirty.The carpets were not vacuumed. Neither the fridge nor the keurig was cleaned. No microwave in the room even though each room is advertised to have one. Have to go to the main lobby if you wish to use one.No iron in the room despite there being an ironing board. For the money paid for this room is wae way below expectations. Rooms need to be inspected more by management to ensure the cleaning staff are up to par or hire new staff that take pride in their work. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here especially at the rates being charged!

Complete crap!!!

Toilet was plugged, we were changed room, we were downgraded, we paid for 2 queen beds and down sized to 2 doubles and told they were not going to charge us. Why should they, if anything, we should have gotten a refund. I marked on our reservation no feather pillows due to severe allergies, feathered pillows, called them to inform that we needed different pillows and told that's all they had. Amenities are crap, apparently they have microwaves and blow dryers in the rooms: nope. The rooms are completely filthy and alot of damage. In our first room for 3 adults, only 2 towels, a 5ml bottle of shampoo....for 3 people...same in the second room. I would give a negative rating if i can because even a zero star would be too generous.

Disappointed.

Very disappointed with our room. It was so late when we rolled into town and checked in, otherwise I would have went elsewhere. I had booked ahead online, and wished I hadn`t. The room smelled terrible, there was stains on the wall near the bed and in the washroom that could easily be wiped off, mold on the caulking in the bathtub and carpets are due for a major upgrade. Do not recommend, especially with children.

The check in area was filthy. Carpets were not vacuumed. Public bathroom at check in had 2 toilets backed up. Once getting to the room it had a very strong odour of feces. I immediately returned to the desk and got a refund. With garbage bags at 2 separate rooms I could not imagine staying at his motel

Checked in just after 8pm. We had to request a different room then what we were originally given seeing the room next door had a long term tenant who has a big picnic table and BBQ in front of our room. Went to the second room that was assigned. Their are stains on the walls, the entire toilet moves and worst of all the room is infested with roaches. It was so gross we had to call around the city and pay for another room at a different property. We checked out around 1130pm once another room was secured. I would suggest never staying in this motel.
