LITTLE RIVER CABIN is a perfect romantic retreat to bring your better half or your small, growing family to, all nestled on manicured grounds with hiking and walking trails, two ponds and 1000+ feet of state-stocked trout creek frontage. Sitting right in the middle of all the amenities, Little River will take you back to those simpler days we all long for, the quintessential mountain experience you seek!



Inside, you’ll find a warm, thoughtfully designed space with comfortable sleeping, a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, streaming-fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need to feel at home — whether you’re staying for a weekend escape or a longer unplugged getaway.



King Bed master upstairs via narrow spiral staircase with a ceiling-hung Flatscreen at the perfect angle. There is a double bed downstairs, a full bathroom (accessible through a hidden door in the Armoire) and a fully stocked kitchen (2/3 fridge, 2 burners, countertop oversized oven big enough for smaller frozen pizzas). Huge wraparound deck (both covered and uncovered) with al fresco dining and a private 4-person Hot Tub!

FARM/CABIN RULES:

— Dog Friendly. One Dog Max. 25 Pounds Max. If you have a larger or more dogs, please inquire before booking.

— Max 4 guests (2 Adults and 2 Children)

—  No Extra Visitors Allowed to visit the Farm other than approved guests staying in the cabin.

— No Holiday Day Arrivals or Departures.

— Bring veggies if you want to feed the animals (no corn or sweet feed allowed).

— Winter Access: No steep inclines to and from town, but we will be 4x4 required in the event of a major snowstorm or iced over roads, please come prepared accordingly, please!

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Sugar Grove cabin is smoke free.
