A Cozy Family Villa w/ Spectacular Jungle View

A newly built and very well maintained cozy villa in a safe and quite environment with spectacular and unblocked view of paddy fields from all bed rooms, living room, kitchen, and the swimming pool. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with ACs and private bathrooms. Kitchen and living room are free to use with Netflix-ready internet 42" TV. The swimming pool is 1,7m deep with excellent view toward paddy fields and jungles. We believe you'll find it hard to forget your holiday experience :)

The common areas in the villa (garden, pool, garage, living room, etc) will be cleaned everyday for 3-4 hours in the morning/afternoon. We want to make sure that our villa is very well maintained and cleaned everyday but at the same time we want to keep the privacy of all our guests. Please do note that the housekeeper will not be responsible to clean up your bedrooms. We do not provide a washing machine in the villa as you can easily find many laundry shops near our place. Just ask our housekeeper for help if you need to send some clothes to be washed. The cost of laundry is around Rp.5.000/kg (or US 40 cents/kg) and when you get them back, they are already folded, ironed, and ready to wear. Just enjoy your holiday and don't bother about the laundry ;) The pool is cleaned thoroughly twice a week and our garden is meticulously maintained. Our garage can accommodate 1 compact car and 1 scooter. So if you plan to rent one during your stay, parking should not be a problem. Laundry and small mom-and-pop stores are scattered within the radius of 1 km, therefore we provide 2 folding bicycles to be used at anytime. In case you're into surfing, the beach is just 5 minutes away.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
