Tolles Häuschen in der Natur, man ist für sich und ungestört, super Kommunikation mit dem netten Vermieter, es ist alles da was man braucht um sich Wohl zu fühlen, top saubere Unterkunft, Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder

Super schönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt so sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und wir hatten eine perfekte Privatsphäre. Die Vermieterin super nett und lieb und für uns immer erreichbar gewesen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmal für Alles.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kinder 10 tolle Tage in dem Ferienhaus in Sukosan verbracht. Das Haus war sauber, sehr hübsch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Allein das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf Olivenbäume und Oleander war schon ein super Start in den Tag. Man läuft 10 Minuten bis zum wunderschönen Strand im Jachthafen und auch schöne Städte wie Zadar, Nin und Sibenik sind für Ausflüge gut zu erreichen. Hier gab uns Silvana als liebe Gastgeberin wirklich tolle Tipps und stand als Ansprechpartnerin immer zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können das Ferienhaus, die Gegend, als auch die Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub in Kroatien 2023

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt & den Garten des Hauses genossen und gut nutzen können. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub und die Kommunikation mit Frau Reiner war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Ruhig gelegen

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus und werden uns gern daran zurückerinnern. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Obwohl die viel befahrene Straße knapp 150 m Luftlinie weit weg war, hatte man keinen Lärm. Das Haus ist in einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nähe zum Strand war zwar gegeben. Aber wir sind lieber mit dem Auto an andere, meist Natur-Strände gefahren, die jedoch auch nicht weit weg waren.

Schöne Zeit

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Alles war vorhanden wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Super schöne Terrasse und Garten. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, Zufluss ca. 400 m. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und dem Vermieter war ganz toll. Wir waren zu vier Personen und uns allen hat es super gut gefallen. 👍🤩👍🤩👍🤩👍🤩👍🤩

Mooi ruim huis en super vriendelijke host

Dit huis is heel ruim, beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt om lekker te wonen en ontspannen. De keuken is uitgerust met alle apparatuur die men nodig heeft om de dagelijkse maaltijden te maken. Bovendien heeft het huis 2 badkamers die zijn handig voor grote gezinen zoals wij. Het terras is heel mooi en ruim. Er is ook genoeg speelgoed in huis die mochten we ook gebruiken. In het algemeen is alles schoon in de woning, je voelt je zich echt thuis, genoeg bedden, bedgoed en handdoeken. Er zijn meerdere stranden in de buurt, allemaal leuk voor jong en oud. Supermarkets in loopafstand van het huis. De host is heel vriendelijk, ze nam contact met ons om alles uit te leggen en vertellen wat ons verwacht bij de aankomst, hoe moeten we in en uit checken. Ze stond klaar voor al onze vragen. We zijn dankbaar dat we ietsje langer mochten blijven in verband met een probleem met onze auto, de host heeft ons aangeboden om te blijven totdat onze auto klaar is. We hebben heerlijk verblijf in deze woning gehad, echt een aanrader!!!

Proche de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants. La Propriétaire n'était pas sur place, mais joignable à tout moment et d'une extrême gentillesse. Je recommande cette location à 100%

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus für Familien !!

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch, freistehend umringt von Bäumen, mit Nähe zum Meer, aber mit Abstand zur Durchgangsstraße. Zum Meer bzw. Jachthafen sind es zu Fuß knapp 10 min. Im Haus war genügend Platz für uns(2 Erw. und 2 Kinder) Es ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Nicht nur Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Fernseher sondern auch WLAN. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind mehr als genug vorhanden. Auch auf der schönen Terrasse mit Grill. Der Garten bietet Platz zum Spielen(Federball etc.) für die Kinder. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist gering und die Gaststätten und Läden können auch leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden. Nach Zadar, welches viele Möglichkeiten einer großen Stadt bietet, sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15 Min. Natürlich können Ausflüge zum Nationalpark Krka(65 km), oder Nationalpark Paklenica(50km) vom Ferienort aus gestartet werden. Man ist in 10 min. auf der Autobahn.

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Seit einigen Jahren reise ich jedes Jahr in dieses Haus das wirklich ruhig in einer Oliven Plantage liegt. Platz hat man gut für 6 Personen, und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Von der Waschmaschine bis zur Hängematte ist alles zu finden. Zu Fuß sind es knapp zehn Minuten zum Meer und auch zu Restaurants und dem ortskern ist es nicht viel weiter. Wer ne größere Stadt mag, fährt 15 min mit dem Auto nach zadar. Die top Lage und das heimische Gefühl, ist das, was mich seit Jahren überzeugt... Der nächste Urlaub ist bereits gebucht...

Wohlfühlort

Das Häuschen liegt, obwohl es nicht abgelegen ist, umringt von purer Natur. Man ist für sich, hat Ruhe, Platz und ist doch nahe am Meer. Das Haus ist super sauber, gepflegt, geräumig, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Seite und war sehr interessiert sowie bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Die Ausflugsziele rundherum sind schier unbegrenzt. Wir verbrachten einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub in Kroatien und würden dieses Häuschen jederzeit weiter empfehlen. DANKE Familie Reiner
