Das Waldhotel ist eine Oase der Ruhe, mitten im Wald gelegen. Die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren super und immer sauber! Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre! ALLE vom Personal waren SEHR höflich, hilfsbereit, kompetent und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen…ein kleines Schlaraffenland, vor allem am Sonntag. Die Wahrnehmung von und als Gast war sehr aufmerksam; schnell wurde uns Hilfe (Wanderungen, Verkehrsmittel, andere Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten) bei der kleinsten Unsicherheit angeboten. Wir haben uns bestens erholt und wir denken, dass wir uns sicher gerne wieder einmal im Waldhotel verwöhnen lassen möchten!

Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein leckeres Frühstücksbüffet. Leider fehlt die Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge und eine Auswahl an kleineren Snacks am Abend (Es gibt nur ein Mehrgangmenu).

Das Feinschmecker-Menü bietet Ihnen eine Auswahl verschiedener Gerichte und auch hier ist unser Service- und Küchenteam für eventuell auftretende Wünsche gern für Sie da. Unser Hotel verfügt über 2 Garagen, welche über einen regulären 230V Stromanschluss verfügen. Hier können unsere Gäste zum Vorzugspreis von € 9,- nicht nur Ihr E-;Mobil über Nacht laden, sondern gleichzeitig vom Vorteil eines abgeschlossenen Stellplatzes profitieren. Die Einrichtung von E-Ladesäulen bedingt umfangreiche Planungen und Investitionen, welche wir zu gegebener Zeit sicherlich ebenfalls verfolgen werden. Die Lage und die Ruhe im Wald sind einmallig. Aber man merkt die vermutlich Corona bedingen Sparmassnahmen deutlich. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anmeldung am Vortag vor 16 Uhr. Wie ist das möglich wenn man erst um 17 Uhr anreist? Auch im Speiseangebot wird offensichtlich gespart. Keine Schwarzwäldertorte im Schwarzwald? Der Küche unterlaufen (vermutlich aus Personalmangel) Fehler. Pilze auf Fleisch vergessen, ungesalzene Spätzle. Die Badwannendusche müsste unbedingt erneuert werden.
