This 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront home with amazing views on Cudjoe Key private heated salt water swimming pool, shaded hang out area, ping pong table, corn hole game. The pier, gazebo, kayaks and kayak launch area is shared with one other home, Latitudes. You can dock your 24' boat at the pier. The water is shallow getting out to the channel with about a 2' draft.

Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay

This 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront home with amazing views on Cudjoe Key has a large, heated swimming pool with shaded hang out area, ping pong table and corn hole game. 1 Double and 2 single kayaks provided. This home has a boat Foch that is shared with The Latitudes home Ultimate location only 20 minutes from Key West and 20 minutes to Bahia Honda State Park. This is a vacation experience you will remember.

•Kitchen: Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
•Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Iron and ironing board.
•Supplies: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath. We do not supply laundry soap.
•Outdoor Features: Propane BBQ, Hammock
•Boat Dockage: Tall pier for boats up to 24'. The dock is shared with Latitudes home guests.
•Parking: Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. Please let us know if you need additional parking.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.


Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

This property was very welcoming to our dog and we enjoyed the stay so much! We were within a short drive to everything we wanted to do, and stayed at the house in the pool a lot too. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and a few of the board games. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Nice enough place. Needs some TLC. As contractors we noticed the flooring is coming apart everywhere. The structural integrityof the decks are suspect. The house has shifted and settled casing a large hump in the middle of the of the load bearing walls. There were other issues but that’s just Florida weather and not enough care to the house. As guests we had no shampoo or conditioner and 1 roll of TP for both bathrooms.The place had nice views and the pool was fine. Beds were ok and the kitchen had enough stuff to cook whatever you needed.Overall experience was good and we would stay again.

Blue palms was as advertised.Newer appliances, very clean , comfortable beds with great view of the ocean from just about everywhere.Pool heated an well kept.Convenient 25 min communute to charter boat row where we went on several fishing trips.Same travel distance to airport to pick up son an brother another 5 min to dowtown key west for evening fun..

Blue Palms

It was a wonderful get away. It is secluded although close to other homes. We loved the pool and the sheltered patio with a working grill. The kitchen was adequately stocked and open to the living room and dining room. The furniture was comfortable and well maintained. Beds were comfy as well. It was a wonderful week and went by too quickly.

Fabulous Water Views!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, very clean with a gorgeous view. The pool is perfection. We took out the Kayaks that were provided for us, we brought our own inflatable Paddle Boards. We also rented a Pontoon boat. Great experience to be able to head to sea out of your own backyard! Highly recommend, wonderful family time!

Far from the maddening crowd........

Clean and comfortable. Great chill out spot. The only negative was that we we're taking a break on our last day before driving home and the landscapers show up running equipment under the house while we were under the house and in the pool. There's 6 hours between guests.That would be the time for cleaning, maintenance etc. We had a great time even with the windy weather. If you want to chill out and enjoy the Keys,you can do that here . 😎

Review

We generally go to the Destin area and decided to change it up this year and go to the Keys. I would not recommend Cudjoe unless you own a boat or have family in the area. The listing states they have 5 kayaks but the property only has 4 adult life jackets. If you plan on going to the beach make sure to bring beach chairs and toys. We left two days early due to the mosquitoes being the worse I have ever seen! When at the property you have to be in the pool if you’re outside and the mosquitoes are still swarming your head. Overall the property was clean but you have to stay inside and can’t really enjoy the outdoors.

Nice retreat

We had a lovely stay. The pool area is great for relaxing, the deck was a nice place for a morning coffee, living room is the perfect spot to wind down from the day, and it is not far from Key West or dining locations. I would recommend this house for family or friends.

Pleasant Vacation Rental!

This was a very nice place! it was clean and had everything our group needed for a wonderful stay. The pool was great as well as the beautiful view. There was some evening road noise due to the home being not too far off the main road, but overall it was a great place and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Excellent spot for a keys experience

Very comfortable and clean house. Filled with everything you need. Awesome salt water pool, perfect amount of sun and shade. The dock, gazebo and beach area are spectacular. Kayaks are perfect for exploring. Beautiful sunsets. Bus stop across the street is great. Perfect location in the keys to explore east or west, so convenient to local restaurants and stores and short drive to other spots on the keys. Easy to be in touch with hosts. Loved every minute being there!

Great Get Away

We had an excellent time at Blue Palms. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two teens. Outdoor space is awesome, lots of privacy. Communication with property manage was on point. We would definitely go back.
