The house features full Sonos audio, inside and out, gigabit Internet, board games, puzzles and for the kids, a PS5 and Xbox Series X. Have an EV? Not a problem, there are two 48amp chargers, so bring them both! The house is also completely powered by solar, as well as 6 Tesla Powerwall batteries, so power outages don’t exist here. New for 2024 - deep water boating access with 40 feet of canal access on a fully fenced and private piece of property complete with a tiki hut that’s less than a minutes walk. Includes a 17k lbs boat lift.

Awesome home away from home!

Our stay was throughly enjoyed from beginning to end...so much so that we even extended our stay. The house was a perfect home away from home for us and our pups...clean, well appointed from the interior to the exterior, comfortable and more. We loved and appreciated all of the the upgraded extra touches too! Steve was a wonderful host...provided a warm and personal welcome, very hospitable, helpful and provided quick and timely communications. We appreciate all throughout our stay and are very much looking forward to our return. Thank you so much!! Cheers :)

Paradise awaits you - oh my!

The photos say it all - picture yourself there because WOW we had a blast. VERY relaxing! Great location - 1st class finishes and accessories from the TVs, gaming, appliances, grill to the wonderful beds. And a master bath shower to die for with different spray heads from the wall and rain shower overhead - all controlled by you - simply divine! Pool area just wonderful - laid back - serene - watching the ocean! Check out the Kayaks, stand up surfboards - the swing under the Tiki Hut - spend time under there enjoying a great book! Downstairs is screened in with another TV and sitting area by the pool. Steve the host is wonderful - check-in was flawless, simple and we were in enjoying the sun in two minutes! If we needed anything Steve was a text away - very responsive and accommodating, an EXCELLENT HOST!
