This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included within reason. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
**There are 3 exterior security cameras present - 1 is located under the carport facing where the car would be parked, 1 is facing the boat in the front of the house, and 1 is facing the exterior entryway staircase.
