Picture yourself sipping your morning coffee on the spacious deck, as colorful birds dance in the trees and take in the natural surroundings or spend your afternoon sipping on a wine taking in the sensational sunset.
Take leisurely walks along the reserve, bring your kayak or paddle board and explore the waters, throw a fishing line in or simply just relax and take it all in.

You'll love spending time in our beautiful living area, complete with large windows offering uninterrupted views of the water. With a fully equipped kitchen having amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, stove, all cookware and pantry basics that would be necessary, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Modern bathroom provided with all bath linen, you will also find a welcome supply of toilet paper and hand soap.
For added convenience, there's a second bathroom located in the garage& laundry, perfect for those wanting extra privacy or for cleaning up after a day of exploring the outdoors.

This home is well suited for a family or a group of couples, sleeping up to 6 guests in total.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
