Easy check-in. Courteous staff. Nice breakfast (make your own pancakes, yogurt, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bagels & muffins), apples and oranges...). Very clean and modern furniture.

No refund because of treacherous conditions

Could not make it to Best Western Manning SC. Interstate 95 was closed because of ice and snow. Tried for a refund and was denied. This is unacceptable. We will not be staying at this property ever again. Most likely will never use expedia again.

Well lit and safe. Bed extremely comfortable. Room door would only latch if you pushed hard or slammed it; plus, it would not seal letting in cold air and light. We could smell cigarette smoke from a gentleman smoking outside our door! Room was a little dirty and dated. Door swing was incorrect on the shower; one had to get in the shower to turn it on rather than just opening door. Breakfast was solid and pretty good! Good value but you get what you pay for. A little tricky to get too due to an obscure road and poorly placed sign.

Fix the doors

I really like this spot. The check in girl was excellent! It’s clean convenient well lit and has plenty of restaurants and gas stations around it. My only complaint are the entry doors. There is no way to get these to latch without slamming them. This is just a problem for everyone. It’s not the only time this has happened and need to be addressed.
