At check-in ordered two rooms I actually have the rooms on the same floor. I have one room on the third floor and one room on the fourth floor. I thought if you have two rooms you should’ve been on the same floor

Nothing fancy,a very comfortable,quiet and extremely clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came from a conference at a high-end hotel where the hot water didn't work,the shower dripped all night and the heat kept kicking on,my stay in Sumter was a welcome relief.

Phone on room rang multiple times in the middle of the night. When I called front desk they said they didn’t know why it was happening and to unplug phone. Bathroom in lobby area was not clean at all.
