Welcome to Powder Heights #19, a beautiful, brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, lower-level condo. Enjoy this cozy mountain retreat designed with Mountain Modern decor for families, or couples.

- Situated alongside the 15th hole of the golf course, just east of the Orient Chairlift.
- 15-minute walk to the Main Village
- Ski-in: Take the East Village Ski Way, Ausfahrt or Cześć to the Powder Heights ski-in trail
- Ski-out: From your door, it is a short distance to your choice of chairs. Take the Orient or choose the Morrisey to connect to all of Sundance or Tod Mountain to the Orient and Morrisey Chairlift
- Free daily shuttle (November – April only) Shuttle stop number E5

This condo had fabulous views and was wonderfully laid out and organized. Everything we needed was there and it was easy to look after it all. The nearby hiking and mountain biking at Sun Peaks was terrific.

Summer Vacation in Sun Peaks

A beautiful, clean, well appointed property with Valley and Mountain views. Hot Tub was delightful on a couple of cold mornings. If you plan to cook stock up in Kamloops before coming up to Sun Peaks, selection once here is somewhat limited. A gem we hope to visit in winter.

Location is excellent. Views are outstanding. It’s brand new and well furnished with excellent kitchen set up complete with all the spices. Second Bathroom fan was running constantly despite being in the off position. Send the electrician back to fix it. Also the fireplace was very loud and not very impressive. We will stay here again.
