This 2-story 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the heart of Sun Valley and will sleep up to eight guests. As you enter the condo, a large deck is at the front entrance. On the main level, you will find the living area with high ceilings and many windows for great light. There is a 70-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming and a gas fireplace. The condo has hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has granite counter tops and there are 4 bar stools for sitting. There is a stacked washer & dryer in a closet near the kitchen. The table behind the couch turns into a dining table that seats 8, chairs are in the primary bedroom closet.

Also on the first level, you will find the master bedroom with a King bed, 45 inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming, and a walk-in closet. This room has its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower tub combo.

Upstairs on the second level are the second and third sleeping areas. The second bedroom has a Queen bed 36-inch flat-screen TV and access to a full-size bath with dual sink vanity and shower only. The third sleeping area has 2 sets of Double-size bunk beds (four double beds), a sitting area with a couch, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming. This room has access to the hallway bath.

Complex Features: The Creekside Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Creekside condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, shops, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. Inn Pool only. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please note: The Creekside Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

This condo offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
