Ridge Condos are walking distance to the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and golf course in Elkhorn Village, and steps to the mountain shuttle to explore downtown Ketchum and scenic Sun Valley with ease. Ridge Condo 2601 has been newly renovated and updated with your Sun Valley mountain retreat in mind. The living area is open plan and beautifully appointed with warm wood flooring, a river rock fireplace, alpine inspired interiors, and cozy spaces to relax and unwind. The sofa converts to a sleeper for 2 guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern stainless appliances and kitchen essentials, granite counters, and a breakfast bar. The dining table will seat all your guests with extra seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. If you need to work remotely from the mountains, there's a desk to set up your laptop during your stay. Looking for a little luxury - in the winter months, the slate floors are heated!

In the warmer Sun Valley months, the expanded outdoor decks are where you'll find alfresco dining, sunbathing and socializing with friends and family. The upper deck off the living room features a dining table for 6 with tranquil views of the mountains.

Located on the entry level are two spacious and stylish bedrooms, each with their own TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a new luxury ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom opens up to the private lower level deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds for the kids which can be converted to a king for a couple on prior request. This bedroom has access to the hallway guest bathroom with a bath/shower combo. The Ridge Condo offers laundry facilities for guest use.

Excellent home close to mountain

The home was spotless, cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. Heated floors in the master bathroom was really nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend the home for a family.

A mixture

The home is very lovely and warm/relaxing. Nice Decour and comfortable beds and furnishings. The first two days were ideal. The ceiling leaked water in the kitchen on the third day we were there. Huge mess / water everywhere. When I called to get help about it, there was a jumble of confused communication, and it seemed as though I was being forced to another location. Trying to work this out was difficult as the management was defensive and quick to be verbally aggressive. We worked it through and everything settled down, but there were some mistaken charges that were made to my card after the harsh interaction. This added more stress to the equation. Overall, it was a mixture of nice things and very stressful things that should not happen to a person on vacation. The hardest part was just not having a supportive and kind management response when I was dealing with problems in their condo.
