This 3-plus loft/3-bath condo is located in Sun Valley and will sleep up to 9 guests. On the upper level, you will find the open living area with a 45-inch flat-screen TV (no cable) and a wood-burning fireplace. There is access to a deck with a table and chairs. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop. The dining table seats 8 and there is an alcove off the kitchen with a table and 3 chairs for extra dining and seating.

On the lower level are the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and access to a patio with chairs for outdoor seating. It has an ensuite bath with a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, access to the lower patio area, and an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in the closet in this bathroom.

In the loft above the living room are 3 twin beds and a ceiling fan. This loft looks out over the living room and kitchen area below.
PARKING FOR ONLY ONE CAR. This complex is NOT pet-friendly, and renters in violation of the pet policy will be charged a $100 fee per day by the HOA in addition to Alpine Lodging's fees.

Complex Features: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Bald Mountain ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are both easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Snowcreek condos. Staying at Snowcreek also includes access to a complex pool in the summer and a clubhouse with a game room and hot tub year-round. No kids under 5 are allowed in the hot tub. The Sun Valley Pavilion, shops, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Sun Valley Resort amenities are NOT included. This condo has access to the Snowcreek pool in the summer and a hot tub year-round, but does not have access to the Sun Valley Resort pools, golf, or tennis.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
