We unfolded the couch bed and a giant insect came crawling out. The mattress on the pull out sofa was thing and very uncomfortable. There were no sheets and blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. The room keys had to be reactivated 5 times because they wouldn't work for our room or outside of the hotel. Breakfast was extremely half-assed and pointless. The pool was closed and we were not made aware ahead of time--this was my kids' spring break and the reason we booked a hotel for our staycation, so that we could swim.

We cancelled our reservation the night we were supposed to arrive due to a family emergency and we had to turn around and go back home. The cancellation policy said ‘at MOST’ we would be charge one night! The next day, I was charged the full amount! I disputed it with my bank, they refunded my money AND then 2 days later the hotel charged me the full amount AGAIN!! Unacceptable and I will never stay here.

It was a quick overnighter, apparently the pool was closed for repairs but that didn’t bother me, room was clean bed was good and a lovely hot shower with good water pressure. It’s just newly opened under new owner ship , I was led to believe , so Thank you. I would stop there again.

There was dried up throw up behind the couch and the hot water barely worked! I called twice and emailed management regarding this matter and still have not heard a response it’s going on 4 days ! Before returning my key another woman in line had the same issue as far as the hot water. Also when I woke up for breakfast there was no breakfast out

Reservation not held

The only issue we had was that we made a reservation (several weeks in advance) for a room with 2 queens for 4 people and this was confirmed. We arrived around 11p…tired…ready to go to bed and were told our room was given to someone else…we could have a room with a king size bed and a small(ish) pull out couch. This was the only choice we had…so we took it…but for those on the couch bed it was not a good night of sleep. Not really sure what a reservation means if the room you reserved was able to be given to another guest who happened to arrive earlier?

It was a bit of a rough stay for a single night here. The rooms are not very soundproof, and I could hear people on both sides of my room well into 2am very clearly. When checking in around 11pm, there was no warm water in the shower; at 8am, there was still no warm water in the shower. The air conditioning/heater unit was also set to cold although it was never above 35 degrees all day. The facility itself was decent (beds, parking, quick access to I-71), but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable stay with the extras outlined above.
