Bunk Room Fun: The basement has a bunk room that sleep seven and is ideal for the kids (or the whole family!). It features a king-sized bed for parents, plus a full bath with a walk-in shower and ample space for everyone to get ready.

Comfortable Bedrooms: The three upstairs bedrooms (including the "Captain’s Quarters" king master) feature fresh, comfortable mattresses, ample closet space, and lake views. All rooms have ceiling fans, charging docks, and quality linens.

Sol Mate’s basement is the ultimate play zone. Custom-painted walls by a local artist set the stage for endless fun with a pool table, arcade game, 42” Roku TV, and board games for all ages. Head outside to the fire pit, hot tub, and picnic table for more outdoor enjoyment.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. With a large granite island, Wolf cooktop, generous pantry space, and a variety of cooking gadgets (including a Ninja blender for smoothies and frozen cocktails), it’s a chef’s dream. The spacious dining room seats 8, and there’s a second fridge downstairs for extra storage.
