This fully updated 3,000 sq. ft. vacation home is perfect for large families, comfortably sleeping 16. The main living area features a pool table, creating a great gathering space. Located in a quiet cove, you can enjoy floating (lily pad) & kayaking all summer long. There`s also space to tie up a boat at the dock.

Main Living Area & Indoor Amenities
Our main living space is designed for comfort and entertainment. It features a cozy TV area, a pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and bar stools. The dining table seats 12, and there are additional tables perfect for games or extra dining space. The main level includes a king bedroom and bathroom.

Upstairs Accommodations
Upstairs, you`ll find four more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two King bedrooms and one Queen bedroom share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There’s also an additional bunk room that sleeps 8, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

Outdoor Living Spaces
The outdoor space is perfect for both relaxation and fun. The main level features a patio, with a few steps leading up to a charming gazebo and a few steps down to a spacious deck. The deck is equipped with a cornhole game, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a patio table with an umbrella. A propane Blackstone griddle is provided for all your grilling needs.

Dock & Water Activities
The dock offers a large area for lounging and swimming in calm waters. You`ll also have access to two kayaks and various floating devices. There’s space to tie up a boat in an uncovered area.

Location & Nearby Attractions
We’re located on the 25-mile marker, just across the main channel from Margaritaville and one cove over from Papa Chubby`s. Captain Ron`s, a popular spot with a great outdoor area, sand volleyball, and a bar, is just a 5-minute drive away.

Important Notes
Please note that there are 21 natural stone steps from the parking area to the home`s entrance, as the home is a reverse two-story. If stairs are a concern, this may not be the ideal property for you.this is a lakefront home and although the interior is safe for toddlers, the exterior of the home is not toddler safe. We also do NOT allow any fireworks as the neighbors have expensive docks and boats that we do not want to cause issues with. LOUD music/noise outdoors is limited to daylight hours.

We have a security key pad for easy check-in access. Our neighborhood is quiet for nice walks, but expect to get a good workout with hills. We have private paved parking for 6 cars. Due to issues with the neighbors parking and people ignoring our 6 car policy, we have to enforce a fine if more than 6 cars/trailers total. The fine will be $250 per vehicle above 6.

We are just across the main channel from Margaritaville and one cove from Papa Chubby`s. We are a 5 minute drive from Captain Ron`s which has a great outdoor area/ sand volleyball/ bar.

This home has many steps and would not be an easy place to be for those with stair issues. I also worry about small children and the open water and stairs. Please be aware of this before booking. There is a $250 fine for using fireworks. There is a fine of $250 for each car over 6. Please note that we love our home, and if your group likes to break things, we kindly ask that you rent somewhere else. We also work hard to keep our neighbors happy, so If your group is going to keep our neighbors up all night long with your noise, please rent somewhere else. And lastly, confetti is not our friend and it shouldn`t be yours either, lol.
Rules are created to keep our home renting smoothly and keep both you and your guests safe and our home safe.

1. Absolutely NO FIREWORKS! My neighbors own expensive boats and fireworks stress them out. And we promised them we wouldn`t allow them.

2. This home is intended for family retreats & gathering of friends for some CALM fun. If you break things and leave tons of trash behind, it most often looks like a party. Be respectful.

3. You must have someone 25 at the home at all times.

4. My neighbors are kind enough to not hassle us about renting, so we work hard to keep them happy. Please help us with that.

5. TRASH is an ongoing issue. Please use the dumpster. Trash left outside is always torn up and scattered by raccoons. Don`t leave it outside the dumpster.

6.. Please keep your pets on our property. Let's all keep the neighbors happy!

8. Absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE. There is a $250 fine if the cleaners smell smoke in the home. They have to rent an ozone machine and spend extra hours getting the smell out. NO SMOKING INSIDE!

Top Notch Family Getaway

We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to spend a few days away with our adult children and grandchildren. Great place for our large family to gather

It was plenty of room for our family and dogs. We stayed in November when it was chilly, I can only imagine how much fun this location is in the summer. We celebrated Thanksgiving while we were there, the double oven and lots of glassware made it easy to cook the meal. Thank you for sharing your wonderful lake house with us!

Horton’s Harbor! 

If you are contemplating booking this house, just book it already. We had a great stay. From the beginning Lisa was a wonderful host who answered all of our questions. The sleeping arrangements are perfect. 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 big bunk room on the main level with the kitchen. The open concept house with the pool table in the living areas made for a great hangout. The house was great but the dock was AMAZING. We spent a majority of our time floating and hanging out at the dock. The outdoor seating right off the kitchen was also a highlight. The house came with everything we needed and the Blackstone was another plus. There was plenty of space to dock our boats. We put our boats in at papa chubbys in the next cove over (5 minute boat ride). Papa chubbys is $10 in and $10 out. We parked our boat trailers at premier advantage (18 minute drive by car). It was $10 a night. We cannot say enough good things about our trip and our stay. You are very centrally located. We did eat at paradise and the vibe was so fun! Again, just book the house you won’t have any regrets. We will be back!

Love that lake! For the number of people the house sleeps - need another bathroom!!! Should be a warning about all the stairs - anyone with bad knees or joints - nothing but steep stairs - inside and outside!!!! Very well stocked, kitchen and baths. Ample eating areas.

Family gathering for Thanksgiving

The property is beautiful and perfectly maintained. We selected this one because all family could be seated in the same area for meals. A real bonus was the pool table in this area where adults and children spent memorable time competing with each other. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for the 4 generations in our group. We are definitely looking forward to returning.

We had an amazing stay here for my sister-in-laws bachelorette trip! Clean home, loved the openness and windows everywhere. Has everything we needed except for a home that sleeps so many a second fridge open would be nice but we definitely made it work with coolers! Lovely dock as well. Would recommend.

Spring Family Get Together

This property was everything that was described and more. We all loved the water views from every window. There was plenty of room for everyone, even the little's that were able to play in the entertaining area without being restricted with space. The outside games available were a wonderful way to spend time outside with one another. There was plenty of beds provided for everyone. The decor of the house was wonderful. We needed to contact the owner once during our stay and she was easy to contact, and she didn't make me feel as if I was bothering her. She wanted our stay to be perfect. We loved it here, and the icing on the cake is that it was pet friendly, as my daughter has 3 dogs that she loves to travel with when possible. They especially loved being able to take a dip in the lake while being so close to the house. We would definitely stay here again and again. The only con that I would have to share is that the steps to the house could use a little more lighting for nighttime , but this wouldn't keep me from going back. I believe that this issue will also get better anyway, as we were told that there is remodeling going on in between rentals (there were no signs of construction on the property during our stay).

Great place for a family reunion

Our family came from 5 states to celebrate Christmas. We had a great time in this home. Lisa was responsive to my texts will questions as they came up. I loved that the pool table was in the common area so we all stayed together instead of a separate game room. We had some nice weather for late December so we were outside on the deck every day. Only drawback was a lot of stairs to the parking area!

Awesome family place to get away!

Nice house on a quite cove. Love the new remodel inside the house. Kitchen got almost anything you need to get going as pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware etc. Lisa was an awesome owner to reply to any questions while I was there. Direction was thoroughly giving have no complication check in or check out. The only cons is that the two bathroom toilet on the top floor fills really slow after one flush. It takes about 10 mins to fill up and it's just an issue when someone else is waiting to use the bathroom. Other than that love everything about the house.

Perfect Bachelorette Location!

House is very clean, secure, and spacious. When we visited (mid-sept) the cove was very quiet and private. Lisa was extremely easy to work with and very responsive via VRBO messenger & text. This location was very well stocked-- plenty of towels, pillows & blankets, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and even games!

Check in was easy. We had a bus so the details were worked out ahead of time. Access to lake was one of the easiest I have been to. Most places have 3 stories this one only had 2 which was nice. Lots of space for lots of people! I’d do it again next year.

Cute home right off main channel

We loved this house! Stayed for a long weekend celebrating a college grad. The remodel of this house is gorgeous. I love all the windows and openness of the home. Kitchen has new appliances and all you could ask for. Beds were comfy. You can sleep a ton of people comfortably. We had elderly parents with us, so all the handrails and various levels of decks were helpful for them to maneuver. Kayaks were great. & a Lily Pad is provided as well. We enjoyed swimming and fishing & pontooning. The dock needs a little work but I do know the plan is in the works to make that much better. Overall a great stay!
