Welcome to Southern Exposure! This beautifully updated lake home is perfect for your family to come enjoy all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. 6-bedrooms-4.5 bathrooms- 2 levels- 4400 sq. ft. lake view/lake access-sleeps 22 people. It is perfect for you to enjoy time with your family and friends, chillin' and fishing off the dock, swimming in the lake, or unwinding in the evening from the screened in porch. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar for your enjoyment. You will love all this property has to offer you. 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, Bags and yard games, Pickle Ball courts nearby, etc. Things to note on the property: We are located in a deep water NO WAKE COVE. We have a covered boat slip for guest use that is ten feet wide by thirty feet long and a drive on wave runner slip. There is also room to park up to 2 additional boats on the sides of the dock.

The property is located on MM14 off the main channel.

Best VRBO we've ever had! AFirst of all the home is beautiful and was immaculate upon check in, well laid out home in a great location by land or water. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the home was stocked with basic necessities, saved us at least one trip to the store I'm sure. Tim was very gracious and accommodating as a host, communication was stellar!Can't recommend this property enough, everything was perfect for our large family.
