The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

The location of this property is excellent. Very nice neighborhood, quiet and beautifully landscaped. This was a great little property. The owners really thought if just about everything. Very easy communication. Very easy check in and very comfortable. Close to everything we like to do and most important quiet when we didn't want to do anything.
