HGTV WINNER! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
In the heart of Sunset Beach, clean & spacious, 3BD 2BA + loft house is centrally located to everything. Just 1000 feet to the beach & a short walk to shops & ice cream. Open floor plan, updated decor, furnishings & appliances. Sleeps 12. Well-equipped kitchen and all new large smart TVs & WiFi. Parking for up to 4 vehicles, depending on size.
This home is only available for Saturday to Saturday rental during the busy summer season.

We DO provide linens (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels) and all beds will be made when you arrive. This is included in the cleaning fee. Most rentals do not provide this service. We now also provide beach towels and you will need to wash and roll up/fold prior to your departure.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Brunswick Islands Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Adorable beach house

This property was decorated adorably & supplied all our basic needs. The beds were super comfortable & Brian was very responsive to communication during booking process & throughout our stay.
