Whilst the unit was very dated it was clean and the location of the unit complex is great.I think the unit would benefit from a cosmetic makeover such fresh white paint on walls new sheets, bead spreads and lounges and some new curtains or blinds. The kitchen was well equipped.

The location of Culgoa point is second to none. Right on the water with great grassed areas, chairs and BBQs makes for a relaxing afternoon watching the sunset with a drink and dinner. Benny was also a great help ferrying bags to the room and offering any help he could.

The team at Accom Noosa were absolutely fantastic. They were so helpful, welcoming (thank you so much for our beautiful hamper) and friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them. We wouldn't stay in the unit again though (not the fault of Accom Noosa at all - they did everything they could for us). The unit needs a major upgrade as items are reaching the end of their life. There is no reverse cycle air conditioning in any of the rooms so it was quite cold and gloomy when it's wet and windy.

Nice unit on the water with sandy beach

Two bedroom older unit overlooking canal and noosa river. Very clean and neat unit and fantastic common bbqs that cleaned every day. From the unit the sunset over the river and canal is just fantastic
