If you are looking for somewhere unique to stay for your next holiday, look no further than this beautiful home. Features include a smart TV, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. Open the bi-fold doors to enjoy the breeze and sunny weather, and simply sit back and relax on the lounge.

The kitchen is complete with large gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space to create your culinary delights.

The bedroom configuration is two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. The main bedroom has a queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and ensuite with a walk-in shower, which is great if you have difficulty with steps.

The laundry offers a washing machine and dryer. The property also has Wi-Fi.

Please note the single garage is locked and not for guest use, although there is enough room to park two or three cars in the driveway (depending on size) or a small boat.

This property is pet friendly, however 2 dogs allowed and outside only. We also ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please note all our pet friendly properties allow Dogs only

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 46 Gothic Parade! Clean, comfortable, roomy, beautiful amenities, great back yard, private, and extremely welcoming! The owners have been very thoughtful in the details providing a wonderful selection of books, movies, cosy nooks, and a splendid kitchen/dining facility. We absolutely loved exploring the creativity displayed around the walls, the couch covers, cushions and shelves. Being able to slide open the front wall and enjoy relaxing in the armchairs while being hidden by the front garden was really special. The rain did not dampen our holiday as we strolled down to the beach with our little dog to enjoy the dog friendly areas. We will definitely try to book this home again for our next Sunshine Coast holiday as it is the perfect setting, close to all the amenities we need - sports grounds, beach, basic shopping and dining area etc.

Great location but maintenance issues

Great location for dog owner. Only 10 minutes walk to off leash dog beach. The house was not as clean as it should be. Maintenance required for leaking taps and toilet cisterns. The gate can be rattled loose by eager dog. Vacuum cleaner is broken.

Beautiful Stay At Currimundi. House was large with two disability bathrooms which was a bonus. Large Sun Lounge open space beautiful. Single beds were has hard as rocks not comfortable but the double beds were good. Wooden floor was lovely but picked up the dirt very easily and vaccum cleaner bag wasn’t changed at all. Accommodation place was responsive to phone calls and welcoming. Not much cleaning gear on board so we had to purchase additional sponges and cleaning products. Overall very pleasant and a great location.

Great house for family and pets. A bit of a walk to the beach for our older dog, but a 3 minute car drive is close enough. Cafe nearby a n great beaches.

House was comfortable but is in need of some TLC. The furniture needs a clean or update. The location is quiet and close to the lake, a short walk, about 5-10mins to the dog beach. Missing a BBQ and some basic kitchen items. Overall 3 stars.

Great location and awesome house for entertaining!

The property is as presented in all the images and it was so spacious, filled with light and very conveniently located. Once there we were able to easily walk along the river up to beach, close to cafes and bars and Currumundi itself is located conveniently on the Sunshine Coast. Excellent home and would definitely stay again.

Walk to the beach both the lakes and the surf beach!

Wonderful place for a family. Lots of living space, excellent bathrooms, comfy beds and furniture. The kitchen is fabulous and the living space is amazing. Walk to the lakes, walk to the surf beach. The surf beach at Currimundi is off leash so great for dogs. Only trouble is the dogs weren’t allowed in the house but there’s not really any shelter outside for them. Otherwise it was perfect!

Fantastic location, great house

Wonderful house for a weekend away. Comfortable and cool. We were particularly impressed with the front extension, which provided a beautiful area to relax in. A couple of important points to consider though: - the back steps and balcony do not have a safety rail and one of our littlies took a tumble. She was bruised, but it could have been worse. - as in another review, the property isn’t exactly “pet friendly”. Pets are only allowed outside, and there is no comfortable shelter for them. The fences are very low in places, so keep that in mind if you have an escape artist.

We were blown away by the house and the area. The only negative is that the dishwasher would not work coming up with an error related to water. I searched on the internet for the model and what to look for however it said this error is associated with a kink in the pipes. We were unable to reach them to unkink the pipes so handwashed the dishes. The space is gorgeous and open, the services are gorgeous, the place is gorgeous. We thank the owner so much for this place.
