Upon entering, the open-plan living area welcomes you with abundant natural light, comprising a comfortable lounge with a smart TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring all the essentials. Sliding doors lead to a furnished balcony with a dining table, chairs, lounge, and a BBQ, providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining with breathtaking views.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a private en-suite, while air conditioning is available in all rooms for your comfort. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features two single beds. The unit has undergone recent upgrades, including a new bed base and luxurious 1,000 thread count linen and towels.

Access to the apartment involves a set of stairs, as there is no lift. Undercover parking for 2 cars is available in the basement, along with a lock-up storage area for your surfboards, bikes, and more. Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine and clothes dryer, are at your disposal.

Spacious open apartment with great views

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was exactly as shown in pictures. It had fans and air con is all bedrooms. Views were lovely, and so very close to everything. Could not fault it. The 200 steps up and down to Hastings street would not be for everyone, but we were a family of 5, who were all capable. If in Noosa again, would definitely stay here again Thank you
