BEDROOM 1 ( Up stairs) ~ Queen bed with Ensuite
A beautiful airy and light filled bedroom with soft new carpet. An elegantly dressed bed that oozes calm and luxury assures a peaceful and restful night, and for those staying a little longer there is a generous wardrobe. An ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower, basin, toilet and all essentials provided.
BEDROOM 2 (down stairs) ~ King bed or 2 long single beds; Attached bathroom with separate shower and bath.
A spacious room, with an abundance of light and soft new carpet. Stylish and graceful bedding creates a space of serenity and an inviting place of rest. Sliding door opens up to a private garden allowing the fresh ocean air to filter through. There is also a large wardrobe to cater for lengthy stays.
I Have Made A Conscience Effort to sustainably dress both bedrooms, using soft and silky 500TC sheets, bamboo and organic quilts, and fluffy cotton towels, all linen, and towels are certified cotton and Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
We have provided essential items like Organic shower wash, hand wash & all cleaning products are derived from natural products.
~ KITCHEN~ Up Stairs.
~ A newly renovated kitchen that is fresh and modern, with all the right equipped and appliances which includes coffee machine, fridge, freezer, oven, induction cook top, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, everything you need to tastefully create and nourish you and your families needs.
~ On arrival you with find a selection of beautiful organic Tea's & local organic espresso coffee. I have also prepared a gift basket in my appreciation for choosing to stay with me.
~ An extra toilet up-stairs provides convenience.
The kitchen area spans into a light and airy open planned living and dining, this leads out to a private balcony, bringing the outdoors in.
LIVING AND BALCONY.
A circular dining table made from ceramic is a stylish and modern centre piece, and a very inviting place to enjoy your daily meals.
This is also a wonderful workplace for those needing a place to work away from home, a ethernet cable is available to plug in to the modern for faster and more efficient internet.
There is really nothing quite like enjoying your favorite beverage in the open air with your feet up, the balcony is private and spacious, and a wonderful space to surrender.
DOWN STAIRS
~ A fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer is available at no extra cost. Laundry liquid also provided.
Entry door to a fully fenced and private courtyard, with clothes line and a garden to relax and ponder in.
GARAGE
~ You have access to a fully locked private garage, with remote.
EXTRAS
~ I am available for personal shopping and will happily cater healthy organic meals to those who desire a little bit extra.

Each guest on arrival will find a guaranteed sparkling clean apartment this means that:
~ All linen and towels will be thoroughly cleaned, steamed and ironed.
~ Mattress and pillow protectors cleaned.
~ Cushion covers on bed and couch washed.
~ Throw blankets washed.
~ Summer Cotton Quilts washed
~ Winter Bamboo Doona's aired
~ Thorough hygiene clean of floors, toilets and bathrooms.
~ Windows cleaned.
