This 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located just 300m to the surf at Kings Beach, - just a stroll through the park with its free barbeques and water fountains. Close by and within short walking distance are also a number of cafes and restaurants for you to choose from including the recently upgraded Mets Surf Club.
The balcony is south-west facing so has the added bonus of enjoying the warm winter sun and the cooling summer breezes. The outlook is pleasant overlooking the park and city lights in the distance.
Unit 9 is comfortably furnished.
It is located 2.5 floors up with approximately 27 steps.
Near by (under a 5 minute walk) is a corner store, childrens playgrounds and the stunning coastal pathway.
Beachside Court is a great choice for your next holiday with a pool and shared BBQ area!
As of May 2025 this complex is now completely non smoking (not in unit or on common areas).

Second bedroom: Trio bunk (double on bottom single on top)
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
