Newly renovated home with private pool is located at the beautiful northern end of pristine white sandy Sunshine Beach, and just a few minutes walk to restaurants, cafes and bars. This fabulous home is laid out over three levels with modern open plan kitchen and living areas. Private plunge pool, single car garage, extra driveway parking and air conditioning ensure a wonderful Noosa trip you won't forget. Just 7 minutes drive to world famous Hastings Street and 10 minutes to Noosaville River.
Stunning three level timber home located only 150 metres from the pristine sands and sea of Sunshine Beach, comprising three bedrooms (master with ocean views), two bathrooms, modern kitchen, open living space, expansive deck and private plunge pool. Impeccably clean and stylishly renovated throughout, this unique residence is perfect for a family holiday, but will equally suit one or two couples for a beach escape.
As soon as you arrive, you’ll know immediately that you have chosen the perfect beachside holiday home. The circular plunge pool invites you to cool down and the custom day bed is ideal to relax with a good book.
Walking through the entrance, you are welcomed into the stylish and relaxed lounge room with flatscreen TV and DVD player. The bright and airy open plan living and dining room features timber floors, high ceilings and is beautifully decorated with a colourful mix of art. It flows through to the modern kitchen, complete with stone island bench overlooking the spacious deck.
You can dine inside at the large designer table or step through the sliding glass doors next to the kitchen to enjoy your meals outside around the large timber table. Perfect for dining with family and friends whilst surrounded by palm trees and sea breezes. Sit out on the day bed to read a book, or wander along the deck to the front of the house, for a refreshing dip in the circular pool.
A few steps from the living space leads to the middle level. Here you will find the second bedroom with a king sized bed. Adjacent is the laundry with a separate toilet as well as the beautifully appointed main bathroom. Further down the hall, the third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. This room is suitable for a couple for a few nights and perhaps best suits one person for a longer stay.
The airy master bedroom, located on the upper level, features high ceilings, a king size bed and wonderful ocean views. Stylishly decorated, it leads through to a large, modern ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower. Enjoy showering while looking out to the glorious ocean and sky views!
The whole house is air conditioned, or you can leave a few doors and windows open and enjoy the natural cool air stream provided by constant sea breezes and/ or ceiling fans for a relaxing stay. Reverse cycle air conditioning also functions to keep you warm on those rare cold nights mid year.
The home can accommodate five people across its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a spacious living space, dining area, deck and large kitchen ready for all to enjoy. Please note however that due to stairs and styling of the home it is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
