The airy living spaces flow seamlessly, featuring a sleek contemporary kitchen with stone benchtops and top-notch appliances. Upstairs, soak in the ocean breeze from the deck or gather the family around for a barbecue.
Sunshine Beach boasts a vibrant atmosphere, with Duke Street's eateries just around the corner. From surfing and swimming to dining and shopping, this area offers something for everyone. Plus, this pet-friendly haven welcomes furry friends, making it an ideal family getaway.

Desirable north facing pool area captures cooling breezes and plenty of light.
Timber decks and undercover alfresco dining area with ocean glimpses.

Parking behind gated entry plenty of room for cars and a boat.
