The room itself was quite dirty, I pulled a massive hairball from the shower, one of the beds was full of sand. There was mould on the walls. The location was great, the pool facilities fantastic and well look after.

This is a bare minimum room. One of those places where you have to plug in the room key in order to get the air conditioner to work. A place where you need to run the shower occasionally to keep the odors from coming out of the drain. A place where there is no room service and no room cleaning and no extra towels and no closet space and no dresser drawers. One step above the smallest cabin on a cruise ship.

This was the third time staying at this resort. Disappointed with the apartment, which didn't look as though it has been remodelled since the 1990’s. Cleanliness could be improved, including vacuuming properly between guests so that debris are left on the floor. I tried looking at the website before arriving to get information and the website hasn’t been updated in years. Also asked reception staff about where the closest medical centre was that took drop-in patients and they sent me to one that doesn’t. Apart from the excellent pool and lovely outdoor areas in this resort the rest was a miss and I won’t be coming back again.
