The Space:

Welcome to your exclusive canal-front retreat in Pelican Waters—a peaceful location just minutes from Caloundra’s beaches, shops, and cafés. Step through the striking entry and into a spacious, light-filled home designed for waterfront living. At the heart of the house, a sleek open-plan kitchen with stone benchtops, premium appliances, and generous island seating flows effortlessly into the main living and dining areas—perfect for gathering with family and friends.



Slide open the doors to reveal the outdoor entertaining zone: a resort-style pool, woodfire pizza oven, BBQ, Bali hut, and private pontoon await. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee by the water, a sunset paddle on the canal, or perfecting your putt on the green, every detail invites relaxation and connection. Back inside, multiple living areas cater to groups large and small, including a cinema-style lounge, ceiling fans, and ducted air conditioning throughout. Getting around by car is best option however you can walk to some nice locations, shops, parks etc.

Unfortunately the boat on the pontoon is not for guest use.

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
