I travel alone for my business but enjoy the company of others.It was very nice having your very personable & helpful bloke in your office. However my billing didn't match the amount that I'd been quoted with my online booking.;I was charged more than the $270.40 which was the online quotation.

Great short stay friendly place to stay

Small , clean and cosy with good security entry ,a great communal kitchen with everything you need including air fryer and sandwich prsss, perfect for our stay. The only thing was not overly sound proof as outside noise could be quite loud at times. Not within motel though. Off street Parking spaces are limited. Happy to stay again 👌

I have no complaints. I had no face to face interaction with staff, but all was well organised for my check in. My room and my bathroom were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. It’s a nice budget hotel, I would have stayed one more night but there were no vacancies. I did not explore much of the area around, my destination was Noosa, about 20 min driving. Parking at the hotel was small but plenty of free parking spaces on the street. I’d go back to stsy there again.

Stayed in the Budget Double Room, Shared Bathroom. The price was definitely not "budget" enough for what you get. The room and shared bathroom were very old and dated. There's no soundproofing at all and was kept awake until late each night. The double bed was uncomfortable and collapsed in on one side.

I would definitely have given 4 stars, this place was ideal for travelling on a budget, and suited me well. But I was freezing at night with single-digit temperatures this season. I don't mind that there was no heater in the room, but in that case there should be spare blankets and a proper winter-weight doona or quilt. Even wearing two layers of day clothes plus socks in bed, I was so cold I woke at 1:30am and couldn't get back to sleep properly for the whole night afterwards. Please fix this.

I love the bus & its proximity to all areas around the Sunshine coast. The value for money & the use of a kitchen is great. The only negative is the bad smell of the kitchen as soon as you enter, I would definitely wash any cooking pots & utensils before you use them, but it's great to have the use of a kitchen & a fridge.
