Enter through the locked gate to your own patio with a large alfresco dining table and BBQ to cook up more extravagant meals than the simple kitchenette allows. Enter the lounge area complete with large large-screen TV and a hidden kitchen. Cabinets house your microwave, full-size fridge, toaster, and kettle. Also hidden away is a kitchen sink and washing machine. Relax fully in the comfy queen bed with hotel luxury linen provided.
A large bathroom with a shower completes the space. The outdoor shower ensures that you'll be rinsing off all the sand in minutes from your many jaunts to the beach to soak up the sun and feel the saltry breeze.

We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorizing.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
