The Space:
Step inside a light-filled haven designed for easy, breezy Noosa living. The open-plan lounge features a plush sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, dining area, and cooling for comfort. Sliding doors open on two sides to a spacious patio with a comfortable lounge, large timber dining table for eight, and a barbecue for relaxed outdoor meals. From here, wander through to the newly built 6 x 4 metre pool and sun-drenched terrace—your private sanctuary under the Queensland sun. When you’re not firing up the barbecue, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances and generous bench space.

On the ground level, you’ll find a queen bedroom with a TV and direct pool access, along with the main bathroom and laundry. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a walk-in robe, ensuite, Smart TV, and a semi-covered balcony—an inviting spot to watch the stars. The second upstairs bedroom offers two single beds, its own balcony, and a Smart TV.

Garage parking is available for one car.
