About this property

Hastings Park 6 - Luxury Penthouse, Private Pool & Views

Summary:

The jewel in the crown. One of Noosa’s largest and most luxurious apartments, this stunning accommodation is your perfect piece of holiday paradise

Positioned at the end of world-famous Hastings St, Hastings Park comprises nine boutique holiday accommodation residences of uncompromising quality. Nestled amongst lush greenery and overlooking Noosa Main Beach and Laguna Bay the best Noosa has to offer is right on your doorstep!

4 bedrooms | 4 bathrooms | AC | gourmet kitchen | heated pool

The Space:

Nestled up the side of a lush green hillside, it’s a position that is part wilderness retreat, part urban sophisticate and all luxury enclave.

Geared entirely towards guest privacy and pleasure, the architecturally designed apartment is spread out across four levels, with bedrooms and amenities thoughtfully positioned to accommodate multiple families or groups of friends. Highlights include a private pool that’s heated year-round for comfort, and a collection of comfortable bunk beds that offer younger guests the fun – and late-night giggles - of rooming in together.

As befits its location, the property’s balconies and terraces open up an unparalleled window on Noosa and an extraordinary vantage point over one of the world’s most desirable holiday destinations. With bountiful seating, expanses of glass to frame the action and the chance to enjoy it in company or solo, it’s a perspective that evolves throughout the day, from the early hours of morning when the sun pushes its first rays across the ocean to the height of day as the crowds throng below and the stillness of night when the colour panorama turns to ink. It’s an outlook you could photograph for days or weeks on end, without fully capturing its sense of serenity.

Of course, looking does in turn spark the desire to touch, feel and experience, and with amenities including a lift and inclinator, easy access to the world below is assured.

You could explore the bustling crowds and bespoke fashion boutiques and retailers of Hastings St or let someone else take over the culinary duties, serving delicious fare ranging from family casual to five-star feast. Claim a private patch of sand on beautiful Main Beach and fill an afternoon with swimming, snorkelling, surfing or even snoozing under the shade of a beach umbrella. You could even lace up your joggers to explore lush Noosa National Park or simply stroll and see where the path takes you. The answer, eventually, will be home, where you can once again close the door on the world, settle in and relax.

With luxury interiors, this grand apartment ensures a sense of warmth and welcome with its beautiful timbers, soothing neutrals and decorative accents, from minty greens and rainbow brights to appealing artworks that beckon visitors to move closer for a better look.

The communal hub of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, which cleverly zones the flow from food preparation to shared meals around a dining table and then after-dinner relaxation and conversation on comfy couches. It flows through to several outdoor zones, including a barbecue and outdoor lounge and dining terrace ideal for alfresco entertaining.

Other spaces primed for enjoyment include a second lounge/media room and a rooftop terrace which lays claim to Noosa’s best possible view. It’s the perfect spot to bask in gentle breezes, cast your gaze towards the mountains in the distance, chart the bay as it moves between azure and turquoise en route to the horizon or simply take the kind of deep breath that’s only possible when you’re away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

It’s Mother Nature in all her beauty, captured in the most pristine and prestigious of environments.

There are just nine boutique accommodation residences of uncompromising quality — all featuring three or four bedrooms and sleeping six to ten people.

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.

Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.
