The power/ outlets went out in our room a total of 7 times during the stay. Somehow me saying “yes if this happens again we would like to switch rooms” turned into us refusing to change rooms ? Along with that, the maintenance staff gave me attitude when I told him we were looking for housekeeping he told us the sign was the wrong way. I have photo proof (time stamped) to show we had requested the room service.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, reception area always smelt lovely and the room was surprisingly quiet, no noise from other guests at all. Staff incredibly helpful, really can’t fault it.

The breakfast was very nice - lots of different things to eat- Bed was great comfortable - pillows was 2 different 1 was soft and 1 more firm Parking was across the road in a multi story The hotel paid for the parking Would recommend it if anyone need to stay up that way Everything is within walking distance
