- All bedrooms are located upstairs and the house is split into two quite separate and private bedroom wings, configured with 2 bedrooms per separate wing. Small children may not be suitable for this layout.
- Floating Jetty/Pontoon may be used to fish from. Boat and other watercraft at the house are not available for use. A boat ramp and beach are perfect launching points for canoes etc.
