With shops, weekly and monthly markets, and Happy Valley's playground and barbeque area in easy walking distance, you may be tempted to leave your car in the lock-up garage for your entire stay, It's a pleasant walk along the boardwalk to the rock pools.
But don't forget the other attractions of the Sunshine Coast within a short drive, including the famous Australia Zoo, Sea Life Aquarium and Landsborough's Big KartTrack for the thrill-seekers. Lowanna is located within walking distance of some of Caloundra's best restaurants and eateries for a big night out. Alternatively, the well appointed kitchen and entertainment cabinet have you covered if you'd prefer a quiet one.
