This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment makes use of its prime riverside position with beautiful views out to the crystal clear waters of the Noosa River, and conveniently located close to Gympie Terrace. 

Guests at Hilton Terrace can enjoy access to the exclusive jetty/boat space, where they can moor their boats during their stay. Please note, boats must be launched at Gympie Terrace before docking at the jetty for easy access.

Appointed with terrazzo floors, high ceilings, neutral furnishings, and luxe décor, the home’s natural beauty is striking. Timber louvres and sliding doors invite breezes from the river across the large outdoor entertaining deck, which enjoys a north aspect to the water, flowing seamlessly through the living spaces.

Enjoy a relaxed 15-minute stroll to the Noosa Boathouse and Sunset Bar, or explore a variety of world-class dining options along Gympie Terrace. The property is also a quick 10-minute drive to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, making it easy to immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere.




The Space 

As you enter the property, you're greeted by three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, located along the length of the hallway. The first bedroom features two single beds, a built-in robe, and an ensuite bathroom, which also serves as the main bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower.

Next to the first bathroom is a separate laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, large sink, and access to the front balcony. Continuing down the hallway, you'll find the second bedroom, which includes a Queen bed, built-in robe, and an ensuite with a private toilet, vanity, and walk-in shower.

The master bedroom, located just before the main living area, offers a King bed, spacious built-in robe, small private balcony, and an ensuite. The contemporary ensuite includes a toilet, double vanity, and a large walk-in rain shower. Stylishly appointed, each of these bedrooms is equipped with ceiling fans and louvred windows that fill the rooms with natural light.

As you continue down the hallway, you'll arrive at the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas, all of which extend to a spacious balcony offering panoramic views of the Noosa River.

The spacious entertainer's kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, features its own sliding glass door leading to the balcony, inviting plenty of natural light and fresh air. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen with the dining and lounge areas, making it easy to converse across the space. The dining space sits adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 6 guests. 

The spacious lounge room, complete with a cosy lounge suite, is ideal for curling up with a good book, sharing afternoon drinks, or enjoying a movie on your Smart TV in the evening.

Slide open the glass doors to let the river breeze flow through the apartment. The expansive balcony offers stunning views of the Noosa River, with a comfortable seating area and an undercover outdoor dining space. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or celebrating with a glass of champagne, this is where you'll spend much of your holiday, soaking up the relaxed ambiance and taking in the beautiful scenery.

The apartment is part of a small complex with access to a pool overlooking the river, perfect for a refreshing dip and sunbathing, or you can take a short walk to Gympie Terrace for a swim in the beautiful Noosa River. Guests are permitted to moor their own boat or a boat hire at the private jetty. Please note a copy of the boat insurance policy is required.

Brilliant location, apartment was much bigger than expected. Wifi bit dodgy but common in area… vista of the river was amazing with resident pelicans on next jetty. 3 nights not quite long enough…. Would love to return.Thank you.
