Located directly across from the white sands of Mudjimba Beach, this villa enjoys a prime beachfront position. Mudjimba Beach is patrolled year round, with lifeguards providing a safe “between the flags” swimming area. The villa is family and pet friendly and features a secure, fully fenced yard.



Mudjimba Esplanade Villa is your beach home away from home, complete with WiFi and Smart TV. Beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella and esky is stored behind the roll up garage door.



Upstairs offers a private parents retreat with air conditioning and heating, a desk and private balcony to enjoy ocean sounds and peaceful surrounds. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with three single beds, air conditioning and heating, plus a bathroom with separate shower and bath. Downstairs includes a third queen bedroom opening onto a shaded courtyard, a media room, and additional air conditioning and heating, although the ocean breeze often keeps things comfortable.



The living room opens onto the front patio and garden and includes a TV, games, books and DVD player. The well equipped kitchen features a servery to the shaded outdoor BBQ area for easy entertaining. There is also a second TV room downstairs with a double sofa bed.



Outside, enjoy a large covered patio, BBQ setting and lush fenced backyard. A washing machine and dryer are provided. Parking includes two driveway spaces.



Bedding includes two queen beds, three single beds and one double sofa bed. There are two bathrooms with showers, one also with a bath.



The villa is a 10 minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport. The nearest shopping centre is Coles, it is 3 kms away.



Mudjimba Beach Village offers plenty to do, with dog friendly, patrolled beaches, walking distance cafes and restaurants including Florentina’s Trattoria, High Tide Café and Surf Café, plus a bakery, general store, newsagency and beauty salon. Across the road is a modern playground with swings, monkey bars and covered BBQs.



Mudjimba sits on the north shore of Maroochydore, with beaches stretching from the Maroochy River to Yaroomba. Enjoy river walks, paddleboarding to Old Woman Island, fishing, surfing or boating from the nearby Nojoor Road boat ramp. Twin Waters Golf Club is minutes away, offering scenic fairways, wildlife and a clubhouse for post round drinks. Twin Waters Resort is also within walking distance for buffet meals.

To help keep the cleaning costs to a minimum, we provide:

1 sachet tea per person

1 sachet of instant coffee per person

Small long life milk

Generic 3-in-1 body wash and hair

2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet (for your ""start-up"" stay)

After that, you will need to purchase your own tea, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc.

This resort offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
