Newly renovated beach front unit. Views to die for!

Welcome to our newly renovated beach front apartment! This is as close as you can get to the beach without dipping your toes in the sand. You will have the whole top floor apartment to yourself, to unwind and enjoy the surrounding area.

The reason you will be booking this apartment is going to get be all about the location and the views! I can promise you, you will enjoy your time spent at our ocean front apartment!

This beautiful light and fresh, 2 bedroom apartment, is so welcoming and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will have free WIFI and a 58 inch smart TV. There is a balcony with an outdoor setting and Webber BBQ for you to enjoy a drink or have your meals.

You will get lovely breezes off the ocean to keep you nice and cool, and the soundproof window (in the main bedroom), black out curtains and the soundproof sliding door will help you sleep like a baby! There are ceiling fans in every room.

The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The king mattress is a medium firmness and the queen is a soft mattress. They are both super comfortable, but obviously everyone is different in their preferences!

Enjoy the brand new kitchen and bathroom.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself.

Please note that there is expected construction to start on a building next door to our complex. There will be no construction in our building, but to our neighbouring lot. There are no definitive start dates as of yet, but construction is expected to start in late May 2024. The contractors can only work during the hours of 7am-5pm during the weekdays and would be reduced on weekends. Thankfully, this shouldn't be an issue because the ocean noise will drown a lot of it out, and don't worry, the amazing view will not be impacted!

Hey guys welcome to our home, there’s just a few things to note that will help ensure you enjoy and get the most out of your stay!

Apartment instructions
Although the bathroom has been recently renovated, the drainpipe is very small and was unchangeable. Unfortunately, due to this, the shower can flood the bathroom if you aren’t careful. So, we just ask that you don’t run the shower at full strength for any period without being in the shower and watching it.
The microwave is above the fridge.
There is a linen closet which is between the two bedrooms, this has additional linen. The beach towels are in here, please use the beach towels and not your bath towels at the beach. These doors are push to open and close.
The light switch on the left in the hallway has two switches and a round button. Just flick the switches on first and then press and hold the button to adjust the brightness of the lights. Once finished just flick the switch off, don’t press the button.
The light switches in both bedrooms are operated by a remote control. You need to ensure the switch on the wall is on, and then you can turn the light and fan on or off with the remote.
The top switch by the fridge panel remains on as this is the fan switch for the living room. The fan is operated by the remote, you turn the living room fan on and off with this remote.
The backlit mirror in the bathroom operates by touching the small circle on the bottom of the mirror. To change the colour of the light, press and hold down the small circle. If the light isn’t turning on, please make sure the middle switch on the power point to the left of the mirror is on. The small circle can also be a little touchy, so just make sure you take your time and use your whole thumb print.
To use the dishwasher, press the power button to turn it on. Then press the P button once until the 90-minute cycle is illuminated. Use this cycle for a full load, if it is only a small load press the 1/2 button which will only be a 45-minute cycle. The powder is in a blue jug with a red lid, put the powder into the grey compartment that has an open lid and then close the lid.
To use the cook top first turn the power button on. Then select which hot plate you wish to use; it will automatically start at level 5. While the number is flashing drag your finger along the arrows below to turn it up or down. If it closes out all you need to do is re select that hot plate again and repeat the process while it’s flashing. There is also a lock button, if this is on just press and hold the lock button until it unlocks. This is just a safety measure.
When cooking please pull out the range hood.
To use the washing machine, put a cap of washing detergent in the far-left side of the drawer. Turn on the machine and either use the everyday cycle or the quick 30.
To use the heat pump dryer, select the relevant cycle depending on your items being dried. This is not like your regular condensing drying, things do not come out super-hot and crisp. After each load remove the felt from the felt compartment just on the inside of the dryer door.
To use the Webber BBQ, take the cover off the BBQ and turn the gas bottle on underneath. Then open the lid, turn the small knob to the fire indicator and press the ignitor button on the left-hand side. The grill should now be alight, and this means you can turn on the larger burner as well.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF THE KNOBS AND THE GAS BOTTLE AFTER USE AND PRIOR TO CHECK OUT!!
The balcony door is quite heavy (this is due to the thick soundproof glass), if you can try to push it open with the first stainless steel panel as well as the handle that would be great. That way it just eases some pressure off the door handle.
There are games in the TV cabinet which you are more than welcome to use.
Please help yourself to the condiments in both the fridge and pantry throughout your stay. There is oil above the range hood in the cupboard.
There is a coffee machine with fresh pods for your use.
