Our apartment is in the "Sandalwood" building. With Caloundra's main street only steps away and short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location.
The apartment has three bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
Lounge: 1 x Pull-out sofa
The apartment has secure ground floor parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit. There is additional street parking if needed, but this can get quite busy. The apartment is on the 1st floor (1 above ground), there is 1 flight of stairs from the external footpath and 2 from the garage.
The main living area of the apartment is air conditioned, the unit does have the ability to cool the bedrooms down as well.
All bedrooms are light and airy and are equipped with ceiling fans.
You will be struck by the stylish charm throughout.
The kitchen is well equipped. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats four. There is a lovely balcony off the lounge room with ocean glimpses and cooling breezes.
When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 100 metres (less than a minute) to Happy Valley Beach Park
- 100 metres (less than a minute) to Caloundra CBD
- 250 metres (1 minute walk) to Bulcock Beach
- 250 metres (1 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 300 metres (2 minute walk) to Kings Beach Amphitheatre

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
