Key Collection:

After-hours arrivals are available via a secure lockbox at the arcade-side entrance to our office. Guests arriving outside office hours or on The Weekend will receive their lockbox access code on the day of arrival (Saturday for Sunday arrivals).



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living area, and two private balconies. Guests also have access to the complex's inviting inground pool, lift, and one secure undercover parking space.



Key collection is handled via a secure lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Please take note of the following important information for your stay:

Linen Policy:

For bookings newly created after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.

Prices for the apartment vary according to the season.

Minimum booking nights apply, which also vary for different seasons.

While the apartment does not have air conditioning, ceiling fans are installed throughout to ensure your comfort.



Interaction with Guests:

Host interaction is minimal, primarily for key collection via a secure lock box, allowing for a private and independent stay. The host will not be present during your stay, but is available remotely for any assistance needed.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
