The Golden Beach shopping complex is just 400 metres away, offering everything from cafes, coffee, groceries, and restaurants—all within a short stroll. For those wishing to venture further, the bus stop is conveniently nearby, providing access to Caloundra and beyond.

THE PROPERTY LAYOUT

The property consists of two separate dwellings, each with its own private entrance. Our apartment is at the back of the property and has a private garage and front door, with a private, fully fenced, patio and back yard area. The front dwelling is rented on a permanent basis.

Parking is available in the garage for 1 vehicle, and street parking is free.
