The Space:
The stunning ocean outlook is the first thing to catch your eye, immediately setting a relaxed coastal tone. The living area is designed for easy comfort, featuring two plush sofas, a smart TV, and a dining table ideal for shared meals and gatherings.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking away from home, with a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, making everyday meals simple. When it’s time to cool off, the shared pool within the complex offers a refreshing break after a day at the beach or a leisurely meal at home.
Thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy, the sleeping areas offer a quiet pause after days spent by the coast. The primary bedroom is a calm retreat with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and generous wardrobe space, opening directly onto a private balcony where outdoor seating invites sea breezes, morning coffee, and easy evenings overlooking the surrounding coastline. The second bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe cupboard, creating a comfortable and uncluttered space.
The bathroom is functional and compact, fitted with a combination shower over bath, vanity, and a separate toilet. A dedicated laundry area includes a front-loader washing machine, dryer, and sink, making longer stays easy and practical.
The apartment is located on the third level and includes one secure garage space, along with access to the shared pool and BBQ area. Please note there is no lift at the complex.

You will have access to the entire apartment on the 3rd level, along with 1 garage space and access to the complex pool and BBQ. Please note there is no lift at the complex.
The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned for coastal living, the apartment is just a 700-metre stroll along the oceanfront path to patrolled Mooloolaba Beach, where morning swims, shoreline walks, and Esplanade cafés shape the day. Cafés, local restaurants, the surf club, and Coles are all within easy walking distance, with nearby parks and headland trails adding to the relaxed outdoor lifestyle.
The Sunshine Coast’s highlights are close at hand, with The Wharf Mooloolaba five minutes away, Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shoppingworld around a 10-minute drive, and scenic coastal walks at Point Cartwright Lighthouse within 15 minutes. Day trips to Noosa Heads or Australia Zoo are easily done, while Maroochydore Airport is 10–15 minutes away, and Brisbane Airport is around 90–120 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 100m walk to Mooloolaba Esp at Meta Street bus stop where the bus can be caught northbound (Maroochydore) and southbound (Kawana, Caloundra).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
