Good location

The location is lovely. Beautiful view of the ocean! The apartment itself is in great need of an update and paint. There were stains on pillowcases and master bed underlay. The main bathroom shower head sprays water in all different directions. The walls seem to be very thin, kept awake on a number of nights by the people in the unit above pulling around chairs, banging doors and running from one end to the other. Would not recommend for a young family as the second bedroom is right near the elevator and as I said, thin walls, kids would be woken up.
