Property was very luxurious, lovely staff, great location, lovely cocktails. Noise from jackhammering above meant you could not stay in room during the day. Water pouring out of shower recess on to bathroom floor was terrible, made standing in bathroom very uncomfortable

Loved the parking and the champagne but especially loved the spa. SO good. The view was great as well. Highly recommend the sunset cruise as well if you stay there.

The staffs are friendly and nice. The hotel is quite old and I feel that the ventilation system has not been checked for a while. I notice that the inside of the electric kettle was partly rusty. Based on the rate, I feel that it is a bit expensive

It might be a 5 star hotel after the renovation but for now, it is a very orverpriced 3 star option It is tired, dated, cheaply furnished (plastic flowers in the lobby) and needs to be dragged out of the 1980-90s as quickly as possible. How they are charging the prices they are is amazing.

Rooms were well appointed. Notification from wotif that booking could not be fulfilled (in spite of having received confirmation from the hotel) and subsequent attempts to resolve this with Sofitel left me feeling very anxious. Multiple unanswered phone calls did not fill me with confidence. Spoilt the experience for me.
