For its prime location, this lovely apartment at 6/7 Mitti Street offers superb value for families looking to be close to the action but still enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. It’s also the perfect base for surfers who want to be close to those famous Noosa breaks.

Mitti Street in Little Cove leads directly to the entrance to the Noosa National Park (100m from the apartment). It’s a great base from which to explore the coastal and inland tracks and to take advantage of Noosa’s sheltered beaches. Hastings Street is a 15-minute stroll along the recently completed boardwalk that connects with the National Park. You can really leave the car at home while holidaying at 6/7 Mitti Street.

The apartment is on the second floor of the complex and sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and ensuite with shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer a Queen and 2 x Singles respectively. There is a main bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans but are not air-conditioned.

The main living area is comfortable and tastefully furnished. A well-equipped practical kitchen offers the usual mod-cons and there is a dining table to sit 6. Or choose to dine alfresco on the spacious balcony overlooking the communal pool with views to Noosa Hill. Enjoy the morning sun from here while you wake up to another day in paradise. There is a SmartTV and Bluetooth speaker for guest use. This area is air-conditioned.

The complex offers shared BBQs (there is also one on the apartment balcony) and an outdoor dining area. The pool is great for kids and is fully secure. Keep an eye on them from the comfort of your own balcony or the daybeds next to the pool.
