Welcome to Stunning Sea Vue, this stylish apartment is located only a 7 minute walk from world famous Hastings Street and Noosa Main beach. Boasting stunning views from the main living area over Laguna Bay this property is perfect for your Noosa holiday. One of only 2 units this 4 bedroom apartment (4th bedroom separate from the rest of the apartment) is more than enough space for the whole family. Fully A/C'd throughout with multiple living areas and TV's, beach toys, baby equipment and more.



The Space:

This beautiful first level apartment is located on Edgar Bennett Avenue in Noosa Heads with gorgeous blue views over Laguna Bay. The property is a 7 minute walk to Hastings Street and main beach. This apartment is one of only two apartments with a shared lift and pool.



The complex is very private with an electric gate for extra security. The complex enjoys a shared pool and undercover alfresco area within the pool area. There is a single garage with double carport right outside the front entry door. There is a lift which will bring you up to the first level (or via one set of stairs). When you walk through the front door you are greeted with expansive blue views over Laguna bay and a spacious open plan living area with smart TV. The lounge area flows onto a balcony with BBQ facilities and alfresco dining. The kitchen is well stocked with Aldi compatable coffee pod machine and starter condiments.



There is a second living area with comfortable couch and smart TV. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the first level. The huge master retreat comprises of comfortable king bed, walk in robe, luxury ensuite and undercover balcony with those beautiful views. There is an outdoor spa bath for you to enjoy.



The 4th bedroom is totally seperate from the rest of the apartment and is located on the ground level. This bedroom has a private ensuite and private courtyard.

The Neighborhood:

Centrally located on Noosa Hill, enjoying sea breezes, water glimpses and amazing sunsets. Peaceful location tucked away from the crowds but just minutes to all that Noosa is famous for.



A cool rainforest path at the end of the Avenue will lead you down to world famous Hastings Street and main beach in about 7 minutes, and buses run regularly (free at weekends and during some school holidays).



Easy walk to locals favourite Noosa Junction where you can find a host of amazing restaurants, cafes and funky bars.



On Sunday morning, take a stroll to the legendary Noosa Farmer's Markets for the freshest local produce.



Getting Around:

Everything in Noosa is accessible by any easy walk. There are also very regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel to Noosa, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. Many locals and visitors safely cycle or scooter to, and around Noosa. Maroochydore airport is only a 20min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up and drop off to Brisbane and Maroochydore airports. Brisbane airport is a 1.5 hour drive away. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Noosa taxi service.
