This property is located a short 5-minute drive from Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, and a leisurely 10-minute stroll from popular restaurants such as Ricky’s River Bar. 3/144 Noosa is also conveniently positioned close to the Noosa River and Gympie Terrace, with an array of great restaurants and cafes to try.

The Space

Enter the townhouse into the open plan dining area and kitchen, which leads to the living space and out to the sunny courtyard. With warm timber floors, crisp whites, and neutral styling, this stylish home offers an abundance of natural light through sliding glass doors that frame the living area and main bedroom. These doors open to the courtyard and provide seamless indoor-outdoor living.

In the heart of the home, the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances is perfect for entertaining. Choose to dine in the comfortable dining room, or dine alfresco on the outdoor dining table. The living room has ample seating, with a comfortable couch and several armchairs to choose from - curl up with a great book, or watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV.

The master bedroom is accessed via the living room and features a Queen bed, walk-in robe and modern ensuite with toilet, vanity and walk-in rain shower. Open the sliding doors to the courtyard where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the comfortable seating area.

The other two bedrooms are positioned at the front of the property and are accessed via the hallway. The first bedroom holds a Queen bed, built in robe and opens to a small private terrace with seating, while the second bedroom holds two Single beds with a robe. These bedrooms share the spacious main bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry sits adjacent and conveniently holds a washing machine and dryer.

Make use of the complex pool, which is heated from May through to the end of October, and soak up the sunshine on the sun lounges. Or, you can take a dip in the Noosa River, located only a short walk away. Equipped with ceiling fans, this property offers a great family holiday escape or memorable group getaway.
