This brand new high end property offers luxury in the heart of Noosa Heads. Located in the beautiful Parkridge resort development and located only a short 5 mins drive away from renowned Hastings Street and Noosa Junction. The spacious house comprises of 4 bedrooms ( 3 with lake and hinterland views ) large open plan living area and gourmet modern kitchen, undercover balcony and double garage. There is a private pool for your use as well as access to the 25 metre shared pool in the complex



The Space:

'The Hamptons Lake House' is a brand new luxurious family home laid out over two spacious levels. The house has everything you require for your well earned special Noosa holiday. As soon as you walk through the gorgeous large door you are greeted by a light filled Hamptons styled home with luxurious fixtures and finishings throughout. The open plan dining and living area are on the ground level with plenty of extras for your family including Smart TV, books, games and a playstation with lots of games. The gourmet kitchen has all high end Meile appliances, Nespresso compatiable pod coffee machine and well stocked pantry. The lovely owner has thought of all the extras to ensure you have an amazing time with your family. Beside the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a powder room. The double garage is also ground floor with internal access into the house.



The first level comprises of the 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has the most amazing lake and hinterland views. The huge ensuite with free standing bath also enjoys those gorgeous views. There is a seperate shower as well as a large walk in robe in the very spacious master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms also have the same gorgeous views as well as a jack and jill shared bathroom. The 4th bedroom also has access to the main bathroom on the first level.

The Neighborhood:

The house is located in the beautiful new 'Parkridge' development in Noosa Heads. The development is nestled directly beside the Noosa Springs Golf Club and Spa. You can walk to locals favourite Noosa Junction easily and world famous Hastings Street is an easy 5 minute drive away. The 'Parkridge' development has a wonderful shared 25m metre pool which you can access for free. There is a gym onsite which you can join part time. Please note the gym membership will be an additional cost to you as the guest. You can also join the Noosa Springs gym which is in the Golf Club Resort. There is also a heated pool, amazing Spa and beautiful restaurant within the resort. You can drive to Noosaville within 7 minutes where you can find the best water activities for your family including BBQ boat, jet ski and surf club hire. Parkridge is a really quiet well respected Noosa Community.



Getting Around:

You can walk, scoot or cycle to Noosa Junction easily. If you wish to go further a field you can either drive or use Uber, which is very popular in the area. If you are bring your car/s there is a double garage for your use as well as more additional parking outside the house.



Other Things to Note:

Bedroom twos bed configuration is 2 x singles. However these can be converted into 1 x king bed. Should you wish for this to be done please let us know 72 hours prior to your arrival. There will be a $66 charge for the cleaners to change the configuration to King.



Please ensure you are aware this house is located in a quiet residential area and our guests must abide by the Noosa Council code of conduct (within our house rules) at all times :-)
